RTCC Cleantech Catalyst: Charting North Carolina’s Offshore Energy Future

Offshore wind is a valuable clean energy asset with the potential to serve as a valuable component in the nation’s energy transition. With 3 offshore wind leases, NC has the potential to develop over 6 GW of offshore wind energy creating thousands of jobs. Despite challenges, North Carolina is continuing to make strides towards early development of offshore wind. 

Join the Research Triangle Cleantech Cluster and the Southeastern Wind Coalition as industry leaders provide “spark talks” about the state of offshore wind in North Carolina and the latest advancements in the industry. Following these brief presentations, attendees will have the opportunity to engage with our speakers and network with other participants.
