An August 2013 cluster study conducted by RTCC founding member RTI International provided key insights and intelligence on the size, scope and significance of the region’s cluster as well as market opportunities emerging in the smart energy, water and transportation space. RTCC's Market Intelligence working group developed the scope of research.
